SGB Wellness (“SGB Wellness”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operating from Thane, Maharashtra, India, operates the website sgbwellness.com (the “Website”) as a referral and introduction service, connecting individuals seeking homeopathic consultation with independent homeopathy doctors affiliated with us (“the Doctor”).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian data protection laws. Please read this alongside our Terms and Conditions.
In short: we collect only your name and contact details, for the sole purpose of forwarding them to a Doctor. We do not collect your health information, medical history, or payment details, and we do not collect any payment.

SGB Wellness collects only the following, when you submit an enquiry via the Website, phone, WhatsApp, or another channel:
- Your name
- Your contact details (phone number and/or email address)
We do not collect:
- Health information, symptoms, medical history, or any clinical data
- Payment or financial information of any kind
- Consent form, registration form, or questionnaire responses (these are collected and held directly by the Doctor, not by SGB Wellness)
- Prescription or treatment records
We may separately collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Website (such as browser type, device information, and pages visited) through standard website analytics tools, solely to help us understand and improve Website usage. This technical information is not linked to your identity for any clinical or referral purpose.

How We Use Your Information
We use your name and contact details for one purpose only: to forward them to an independent homeopathy Doctor affiliated with SGB Wellness, so that the Doctor may contact you to discuss a consultation.
We do not use your contact details for any other purpose, including unrelated marketing, without your separate consent.

How We Share Your Information
- We share your name and contact details with the specific affiliated Doctor to whom your enquiry is referred.
- We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your contact details with any other third party, except: (a) where required by applicable law or a valid legal request from a government or judicial authority, or (b) with your explicit consent.
- Once your contact details are shared with the Doctor, the Doctor’s own collection, use, storage, and protection of your information (including any health data, consent forms, questionnaire responses, and payment details you provide directly to them) is governed by the Doctor’s own practices and is outside SGB Wellness’s control. We encourage you to ask the Doctor about their own data handling practices before sharing further information with them.

Payment Information
SGB Wellness does not collect, process, store, or have any visibility into payment information. All payments (including registration and consultation fees) are made directly by you to the Doctor, through means the Doctor communicates to you. Please refer to the Doctor directly for how they handle your payment information.

Data Retention
We retain your name and contact details only for as long as necessary to complete the referral and to respond to any related enquiries or grievances, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited contact information we hold from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Confirm whether SGB Wellness holds your personal data, and access it
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your data, subject to our need to retain it for legal or grievance handling purposes

- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

Our services are not intended for use by individuals under 18 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If contact details are submitted on behalf of a minor, they must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this Privacy Policy on the minor’s behalf
