Frequently considered remedies include Arsenicum Album for breathlessness that worsens at night with restlessness, Natrum Sulphuricum where damp weather aggravates symptoms, and Ipecac for wheezing with excess mucus. Homeopathy is generally used to support the reduction of attack frequency and severity over time and is intended to work alongside — not replace — prescribed inhalers or emergency medication, especially during acute attacks.
